Light Festival in Seattle, isn’t it awesome? – Borealis – a festival of light

The first Borealis – a festival of light was born in October 2018. Maxin10sity partnered up with Terry Morgan to bring light art to the public. The new Light Festival, is a “traditional” festival with projection mapping competition art curated by Maxin10sity and a bunch of light installations that cheered up the entire South Lake Union Neighborhood 11-14 October 2018.

The festival days have been magical. Welcoming the amazing audience of Seattle, Washington at Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI) was such a heartwarming experience! We are proud to say, altogether more than 65.000 people visited the projections and the light installations during the Borealis - a festival of light in this exceptional sunny weather which raised the atmosphere to the maximum. Special thanks to our partners, Terry Morgan and the Team, the sponsors, the Jury and at last but not least, all our lovely artists taking part in the first edition of Borealis! SILA SVETA, Ouchhh, FLIGHTGRAF, George Berlin Studios: Immersive Experiences, SKGMEDIA, AkashaVisualstation.
